FAQ
Common Insurance Questions
Still unsure? Here are the questions we hear most often.
In most cases, no. Registered foot care nursing services can be accessed directly without a physician referral. However, some extended health plans may require one before they will reimburse your claim — we recommend checking with your insurance provider before your appointment to avoid any surprises.
We are happy to assist with direct billing where it is available for your specific plan. Please contact us before your appointment to confirm whether direct billing is possible with your provider, as this varies between insurers.
No problem. We will always provide you with an official, itemised receipt for your visit. You can submit this directly to your insurer for reimbursement of any covered portion. Any remaining balance can be paid by cash, debit, or major credit card at the time of your appointment.
